      What are the dimensions of the pull-up bar?

      The pull-up bar extends from 95 cm to 120 cm. The blue end pieces have a diameter of 4.7 cm.

      Dimensions of the 100 cm pull-up bar and maximum supported weight

      - The 100 cm pull-up bar extends from 95 to 120 cm. - It is suitable for a minimum space of 95 cm and weighs 2.6 kg. - The ends at each side are 4.7 cm in diameter. - Bar diameter: 32 mm. - Maximum weight on the bar without screws: 100 kg. - Maximum weight with screws: 120 kg.

      Safety and maximum weight load

      - Without screws: The bar holds up to 100 kg. - With screws: The pull-up bar holds up to 120 kg. Whether screwed or not, the bar must not be installed on plasterboard or on door frames made of soft wood. Always remember to slide the blue ring and do a few sharp pulls on the pull-up bar before starting your sets. This bar is not designed for doing inverted exercises.

      How to install the 100 cm pull-up bar

      The QR code on the packaging has an installation video for this bar. Without screws: - Adjust the length of the bar by rotating the two ends (balance each side of the bar). A red stop appears if you have removed it too much. - Tighten the central part of the bar to make the final adjustments. - Slide the small blue ring into one of the two notches to secure it. With screws: - Drill holes at the desired height, check for flatness with a level, and insert the screws with the tips.

      You can find some spare parts for your pull-up bar

      On our after-sales service page, you will find some of the necessary parts to repair your pull-up bar. The blue ring that secures the bar is replaceable (ref: 8758386). The blue plugs (ref: 8758388) at each end of the bar can also be replaced. Our spare parts are available for 10 years after the product purchase.

      If you are a beginner, you can use the pull-up assist (ref: 8643988), an adjustable strap that allows you to alleviate some of your weight and adapts to your progress. On the other hand, once you have mastered pull-ups, you can wear a weighted vest (ref: 8736051 and 8734579) to increase the difficulty and continue progressing!
