What can you do with a set of dip bars you no longer use?
If you have outgrown your dip bars and no longer need them, we'll take them back! This product is designed to be long-lasting, and even if you've used it regularly, it should be fully usable. We check products and return them to perfect condition before selling them again at a reduced price. You'll save space, along with a few pennies, and you'll give other people the opportunity to buy something they really like at a reduced price.
How to store your dip bars
Do you want to put your dip bars away until your next workout?
Simply fold them up! The feet can rotate to be in line with the handles and their tube. It's as if the bars were completely flat. You can then put them under the sofa or elsewhere.
To take up even less space, they have a "storage" position that makes them as compact as possible.

If you're just starting out, use our training bands to help you do the dips.
What other exercises can you do with dip bars?
As their name suggests, these bars allow you to work your upper body by doing dips, as well as bodyweight rows and even push-ups. You can also work your legs with bodyweight exercises, including dynamic and explosive exercises: With the bars installed vertically, you can train as if using a speed ladder. For static training, do L-sit holds, or for dynamic training, do leg raises.

Installing the dip bars so they stay stable
Choose a suitable surface to place your bars on so you can focus solely on your workout. If the surface is uneven, the bars may move. You may want to weigh them down using weights or a sandbag. Try them out and, if they don't move, you're ready!
Make sure the butterfly screws are securely fastened so there is no movement in the product.
The feet do not slip.
