Why use this weight training pulley?
This weight training pulley station is designed to allow you to perform upper and lower body pulls, and thus train your entire body (shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, pectorals, and abdominal muscles). Our weight training pulley is multifunctional and easy to transport, making it ideal for those who want to create their home gym or continue their workouts while traveling.
Advice from our coach (2/2)
With each exercise, start with the minimum number of repetitions, 2 below your maximum, and increase by one repetition per week until you reach the recommended maximum. At that point, increase the lifting load and start again with the minimum number of repetitions, and repeat as before. As for dips, you can use a strap to make them easier, or a weighted vest to make them harder, depending on your level.
How to use our pulley and its accessory kit
In just 30 seconds you can have your pulley weight training system in place, just like in the gym. Simply: - wrap the strap around a bar, tree trunk, etc. - attach the supplied hook with a cap to the strap - attach the pulley to the fixing hook - slide the cable through the pulley - place the weight training handle on one side and the disk weight holder on the other.
Coach's tips for an arm workout session (1/2)
Workout session:
- Dips: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
- Triceps, high pulley, pronation grip: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
- Triceps, high pulley with rope: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
- Biceps, low pulley, supination grip: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
- Biceps, low pulley with rope: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
