Thanks to your feedback, our design teams have worked hard to improve this expander. So, for a safer practice and better comfort, we have redesigned the handle and the elastic attachment system. With the larger handle, you can put your foot through it and use it safely. It's curved to fit the shape of your forearms during bicep curl movements, for example.
Why should you use this expander?
This weight training expander improves your strength, speed, and power, while reducing stress on your joints. This expander evolves with you: You can choose the resistance that suits your skill level or exercise. If you are a beginner, all 5 resistance bands might be too difficult to pull to complete the movement perfectly. Start with 1 or 2 bands, then gradually increase.
Adding and removing cables
Remove a cable:
- Grab a handle
- Lift the black cover on the handle
- Remove the cable from the handle by pulling it out.
- Repeat this with the other handle. Add a cable:
- Lift the cover
- Place the right part of the cable in the slot
- Pull it down to secure the ball that holds the cable in place
- Do the same on the other side.

Exercises for shoulder toning: - Reverse fly: 3×12-20 repetitions
- High pulls: 3×12-20 repetitions
- Standing one-arm shoulder press: 3×12-20 repetitions/side
- Face pulls: 3×15-20 repetitions
Keep rest time short between exercises, between 45 and 90 seconds. Increase by one repetition per week until you can increase the expander's resistance. This product is very useful for warm-ups and resistance training.
