Accessory information
What accessories come with the bike? A bell, front and rear lights. To increase visibility, this bike has wheel reflectors (reflective plates attached to the spokes) and pedal reflectors. To keep the bike and its paintwork in good condition, we advise you to equip it with a kickstand (ref. 8872192).
Design
What inspired this design? For the Nature version, our designer chose a green color that immerses us in the world of fauna and flora. The graphics leave plenty of room for your imagination. For the City model, they chose an "elegant" blue color. The yellow elements of the bike are the main functions for ease of use and learning to ride the bike: the brake lever and the removable pedals. Specifically designed by our team of B'TWIN designers and engineers.
Wheel/tire information
These tires are equipped with an inner tube (inflated). Their shape and pattern give them good efficiency without sacrificing grip on everyday surfaces (roads, paths, lawns, etc.). The honeycomb design on the tires is exclusive to B'TWIN.

More accessible brakes and more comfortable control are the main benefits of our Stop Easy system. For more natural movement, the brake lever is pressed parallel to the handlebars. While progressive, this innovative brake lever also provides 30% more braking power compared to a conventional brake lever. An innovation from our B'Twin team, loved by both parents and children.
Stabilizer information
Can stabilizers be added? Yes, if your child needs them. Our 14" B'Twin stabilizers are compatible with all our bikes of this size. (To install them, you will need a size 5 Allen wrench, not included). It's good to know that according to some studies, beginner cyclists will transition more easily and quickly to a bike if they master balance in balance bike mode (without pedals).
A bike that grows with your child!
The saddle height can be adjusted from 40.5 cm to 51.5 cm using a BTR (Allen 5) wrench, which corresponds to a height range of 20 cm (90 cm to 110 cm). The handlebars are also adjustable by 4 cm. CAUTION: Do not exceed the maximum recommended height on the seat tube and handlebars (engraved mark on the axles).
Casing information
To prevent children from putting their fingers where they shouldn't, the mechanical elements of the transmission system (axle, chain, freewheel, etc.) are surrounded by a guard. It also prevents the risk of laces getting caught and clothes getting dirty. The rear part of the casing can be easily removed for repairs or for re-tensioning the chain! Casing material: Plastic.

Tools: an open-end wrench #14 (or pedal wrench) and a BTR (Allen) wrench #5. 1/ Position and tighten the handlebars with the BTR wrench (tightening torque: 20 +/- 2 Nm). Be careful to correctly position the brake cables. 2/ Open the front brake. 3/ Turn the bike upside down. 4/ Install/tighten the wheel. 5/ Turn the bike back over and close the front brake. 6/ Install and tighten the axles with the wheel: R on the right and L on the left. 7/ Adjust the saddle.

Position and comfort specifically designed for children.
We have carefully considered the morphology of children: The handlebar width and grip diameter are sized for their small hands. The foam saddle provides a comfortable seat, and the position on this bike is ideal for them to have good visibility and control of their paths.
Frame material and shape
We had to choose aluminum for the frame of this bike because we wanted to make it as light as possible. The challenge was successfully met! An added bonus for durability: aluminum also protects against corrosion. The shape of the frame allows for a low saddle height, making it easy to get on and off the saddle without bumping into the frame.
