This ankle strap is designed to help you tone your muscles with long sets (15 to 20 repetitions) and short recovery times (30 to 45 seconds) between each leg.To do this, do the following two exercises to complete your leg day:
- Back kick, legs extended: 3 to 4 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions on each leg.- Standing leg curl: 3 to 4 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions on each leg.
