How to adjust a reflex ball
For an effective workout, it's essential to adjust the elastic to the correct length. Start by attaching the headband to your head, then clip the elastic to the designated spot. Next, adjust the length of the elastic so that the ball falls to the level of your wrist with a closed fist. Then tie a knot. The extra elastic can be cut or tucked into the headband. For experienced boxers, reduce the distance between the clip and the wrist.
