Description

We developed this ball for young futsal players learning technical moves and looking for a ball that fits their size.

Weight

Between 210 and 230 g.

Circumference

Between 42 cm and 44 cm.

Design

Our design team observed young futsal players playing on the pitch to design and create this futsal ball specifically for children. From the very beginning of the design process, we focused on finding the right size to help children of all ages be able to learn the basic skills of futsal.

Spherical quality

Average measured variation: 1.5% max. We measure the football's spherical quality at 16 different points and then examine any discrepancies. When a discrepancy of over 1.5% occurs, our engineers strive to improve the spherical quality to ensure a regular bounce.

A passion for futsal in all our designs!

A team of passionate individuals dedicated to our futsal products is based at Kipstadium, a site in Northern France with a variety of pitches. These Decathlon men and women design and create products and services exclusively for this sport. We are constantly looking for ways to improve comfort and safety for futsal players.

Bounce

Between 55 and 65 cm with a maximum difference of 10 cm between the highest and lowest bounce of the ball. Each ball is dropped 10 times onto a steel plate from a height of 2 metres.

Our design teams created this ball with a controlled bounce to help players learn their first technical futsal skills: good control and good passing.

Lasting air retention

Foam core construction. Ball that doesn't deflate, puncture resistant.

Controlled and regular bounce. Promotes ball control.

Grip

1.8 mm thick PVC outer layer for optimal ball feel.
