DURABILITY OF METAL PARTS
Our materials are tough.All frame tubes have a 5-year warranty and comply with ISO 8493 and ISO 8492 standards for durability.Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, they offer excellent rust resistance.All springs (Ø24 mm, 29 coils) are made of electro-galvanized anti-rust treated steel.They have a stiffness of 4N/mm.In the laboratory, they undergo 45,000 cycles of extension from 15 to 95 mm without breaking or failing.

This trampoline assembles and disassembles without screws or tools.The parts interlock, ensuring durability and ease of installation and storage in winter.The net poles fold down without tools in seconds, so you can install our protective moustache (sold separately) in just a few seconds and reduce its wind load by nearly 50%.(wind tunnel test).Our pair of adult testers took up to 40 minutes to assemble the trampoline.

JUMPING QUALITY
66 springs, with 29 coils of 24 mm diameter and 141 mm length, have a tensile strength of 57N.Combined with a jumping surface of 257 cm diameter, they provide excellent jumping quality and comfort thanks to progressive shock absorption.They are adapted to suit a wide range of jumper weights, especially lighter ones, to ensure excellent comfort, while offering great resistance for the heavier among us.
Why a user weight limit of 100 kg, when the competition can offer them for people weighing up to 150 kg?
Most jumpers weigh between 20 and 50 kg (6 to 12 years old). But we know that adults also love to jump.So, we designed a product with very high resistance (500 kg static), but which is also good for children's development.Why 100 kg and not 150 kg?Because at 150 kg, to pass the resistance standard (750 kg), you have to use very rigid springs, which stiffen the fabric and prevent the strengthening of the joints of children under 40 kg with each jump.
SAFETY DURING USE
The design of our product is guided by the safety of our young users.- Polyethylene protective net with locking entry keeps the jumping area enclosed and safe.- The net poles are far from the jumping area and surrounded by hot-stamped foam protection pads.- For greater safety, the net is designed to prevent access to the springs when on the jumping surface.- The spring protection pad is 30 cm wide and 20 mm thick.
