Lightweight and waterproof, these dungarees are ideal for outdoor explorations. Rain, mud, nothing will stop aspiring little adventurers

Waterproofing of components

This garment has undergone a shower test using 60 liters of water/m²/hour for 2 hours. This test reproduces the average conditions of a heavy downpour in the mountains. A waterproof rating of 5,000 mm means that the fabric can withstand the pressure exerted by 5,000 mm of water (the equivalent of a two-hour rain shower). Waterproofing is expressed in Schmerber (for example: 5,000 Schmerber).

Breathability of components

To assess the breathability of the fabric, the evaporative resistance, RET (test based on ISO 11092 standard), is measured. The lower the resistance of the fabric, the more water vapor generated by physical activity evaporates and the higher the breathability of the fabric. For example: RET <9 = extremely breathable fabric / 9 20 = little or no ventilation.

Durability of components

We carry out numerous laboratory tests to verify the highest standards in terms of durability: an abrasion and friction resistance test to ensure that the fleece does not form bubbles, a colorfastness test to check the behavior and resistance of colors, and an aging test to check that repeated washing does not alter the properties of the fabric, its behavior, thickness, or appearance.

Water resistant and PFC-free, these rain jackets will accompany your child everywhere in wet weather. They will be well protected from water and mud by wearing these over their clothes!
