Our team eco-designed this warm and breathable fleece to protect children during outdoor activities.

Product design: our expertise

Our global design center Quechua is located in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute Savoie. This location makes it a real meeting place for our teams (designers, product managers, engineers, etc.) and outdoor sports enthusiasts. An excellent asset for designing your mountain hiking products and providing you with all our expertise.

WOOL COMPONENT: INSULATION THANKS TO AIR

The mission of the fleece component is to block air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the friction of the knit). This air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm.

DURABILITY OF COMPONENTS

We carry out numerous laboratory tests to verify the highest standards in terms of durability: an abrasion and friction resistance test to ensure that the fleece does not form bubbles, a color durability test to check the behavior and resistance of colors, and an aging test to check that repeated washing does not change the properties of the fabric, its behavior, thickness or appearance.

WHERE DO OUR FLEECES COME FROM?

Created in our international design center at the foot of Mont Blanc in France, this fleece is then produced by our suppliers in Vietnam and Bangladesh. We collaborate closely with these partners who have real expertise in the production of our fleece clothing. Thanks to this relationship of trust with our industrial partners, we can create high-quality technical products.
