Our team of mountaineering parents designed these ultra-durable trousers to protect your child during outdoor activities.

Product design: our expertise

Our global design center in Quechua is located in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute Savoie. This location makes it a real meeting point for our teams (designers, product managers, engineers, etc.) and outdoor sports enthusiasts. A great asset for designing your hiking products and offering you all our expertise.

Windproof

Wind protection is important, as it cools the body both during activity and at rest. According to the "wind chill" model, which measures how the air temperature feels when wind and cold are taken into account: At a temperature of 5°C combined with winds of 30 km/h, the perceived temperature will be 0°C. If the air temperature is 0°C and the wind speed is 30 km/h, the perceived temperature will be -6°C. The materials used help to withstand the cold effects of the wind.

Water-resistant component (different from being waterproof)

Water resistance is achieved with a treatment that prevents water from adhering to the fabric. It "slides" without being absorbed, so the garment remains light, breathable and warm. Please note, this does not mean it is waterproof. This treatment can be repeated to maintain its full effectiveness. Use sprays applied from the outside, instead of additives used during washing, which can damage the product's breathability.

Reinforcements on the seat and knees, adjustable waist and length, and a removable pocket allow for play without scratches.
