Our design teams developed these swimming fins for intermediate swimmers who swim regularly and want to work on their legs and cardio.
WHAT ARE SWIMMING FINS FOR?
Fins are a piece of swimming training equipment for working the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and strength training for the lower body (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).
FIN LENGTH
SHORT BLADE FINS
- 33-34:30 cm
- 35-36:31 cm
- 37-38:32.5 cm
- 39-40:34 cm
- 41-42:35 cm
- 43-44:36.5 cm
- 45-46:38 cm
The SHORT blade ensures a good kick frequency and a good cardio workout. The movements are very close to "natural" swimming movements. The LONG blade ensures a wider kick and a stronger muscle workout.
Fin stiffness
FLEXIBLE FINS
The stiffer the blade, the more significant the muscular effort will be. The more FLEXIBLE a blade is, the more efficient and comprehensive the kick will be. Your muscular energy will generate the type of effort you are looking for (cardiovascular or muscular effort).
FOOT POCKET
FULL FOOT POCKET
Fin foot pockets hold the foot in place during the kick (important for an effective kick). An OPEN foot pocket means the ankle can move more freely.
A CLOSED foot pocket supports the foot in its natural position.
FIRST TIME USING A FIN?
Be careful not to start too fast! The use of fins should be increased progressively so that your feet and soles adapt and strengthen, as well as to avoid Achilles tendon injury.
Want to work your legs while getting a good cardiovascular workout? These short, soft swimming fins provide moderate propulsion. Ideal for short, frequent movements.
Propulsion
Feel yourself moving a little faster through the water thanks to the short blade
Muscular workout
Work your leg muscles with medium intensity with short length.
