      You’ve been waiting for them and they’re back! The iconic Arpenaz500 outdoor walking shoes are back, with the same style, but more technical and still comfortable and lightweight.

      What socks should you wear with ARPENAZ500 boots?

      These shoes are somewhat breathable, but not enough to wick away all the moisture created by your perspiration. We recommend choosing Hike 100 Low or Mid socks: They contain cotton that absorbs moisture and have a reverse silk knit construction under the socks that wicks moisture away from your foot. They are also high enough to protect your ankle from the shoes. It's a great combination to reduce the likelihood of blisters.

      Durable sole for hiking trails

      The sole design is the result of extensive research carried out in our laboratories. It is made of a specific rubber formula that optimizes grip and traction. We are always looking for the best solution for walking on loose or mineral trails (forest or coastal). When used on roads, this can lead to premature wear of your boots and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for high mountain hiking.

      Our country walking boots promise one thing and that is enhanced comfort for the wearer; To this end, we have included various components in these boots to care for your feet, such as the EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam midsole and insole, or the boot collar (the upper part of the heel) which includes a synthetic foam for greater comfort while wearing.

      Strength and durability

      Laboratory tests were carried out to test the following elements: tearing of eyelets and straps, adhesion, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of the outsole and uppers, accelerated aging. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our mountain walking shoes.

      True to form, the Arpenaz500 Revival offers grip and cushioning thanks to its elastomer (EVA) sole, on any type of trail in the countryside, forest or coast.
