To use a "soft" mobility roller for self-massage, all you have to do is focus on the area you want to work on. The rule is to place the massage roller on a flat surface and roll over the area to be treated, whether it's the back, legs, arms, etc.

Even after a day of work or an upper body session, don't forget to do an upper body self-massage routine to relax: - Back self-massage: 45 seconds on the thoracic area + 45 seconds on the lumbar area (make sure to keep your back straight and not arch your back on the roller). - Latissimus dorsi self-massage on the floor: 45 seconds on each side. - Triceps and shoulders self-massage against a wall: 45 seconds on each side.
What's the difference with a "hard" foam massage roller?
Whatever you like! If you're injured or want a gentle massage, opt for a softer density. However, if you're an experienced athlete, we recommend the hard foam roller. Choose what suits you best!
