WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RUNNING?
Running will enable you to:1. Get some fresh air
2. Take care of your body
3. Gradually develop your muscles
4. Maintain or lose weight
5. Improve your bone health
WHY IS THERE CUSHIONING IN RUNNING SHOES?
To keep running healthily, you need to protect your body (joints, back, knees, etc.) effectively from impacts and vibrations. The cushioning in RUN CUSHION shoes is designed to limit the impact of these repetitive shock waves from your very first runs.
WHAT IS THE DROP OF JOGFLOW 100 RUNNING SHOES?
There is a 4mm height difference between the front and back of the sole.
WHY ARE JOGFLOW 100 SHOES DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR RUNNING?
When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground corresponds to approximately three times your weight. This wave goes from the heel to the top of the spinal column. Your joints act as shock absorbers, but they are also put to a severe test. Choosing a good pair of running shoes is essential for absorbing shocks and dissipating vibrations.
What sizes are available?
From 3 to 8
HOW TO CARE FOR MY JOGFLOW 100 SHOES?
We recommend avoiding washing your shoes in a machine, as this causes damage to the technological properties and materials of the shoe; they can come unglued or shrink, and the fabric upper can tear. When shoes are very dirty (with mud), we recommend washing them with soapy water and a synthetic brush. Definitely do not use bleach! Rinse with fresh water. Avoid placing shoes near a heat source to dry them.
HOW HEAVY IS THE JOGFLOW 100 SHOE?
210 g in size 5.5
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE OF RUNNING SHOES
To ensure optimal comfort with your RUN CUSHION shoes, choose one size larger than your usual size. There should be 1 cm distance between your toe and the end of the shoes, as your feet will swell during exercise.
WHAT DOES DROP MEAN IN A SHOE?
'Drop' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and the front (forefoot) of the shoe.
