Brightness
The 100 10x26 binoculars are designed for observing wildlife during the day in clear conditions. The components used provide a bright, sharp image with good contrast during daylight hours. They also offer a light transmission rate of 64%.
Focusing
To obtain a clear and sharp image of the observed animal, rotate the central focusing knob left or right until you get a sharp image.
Diopter compensation adjustment
To compensate for the difference in visual acuity between your eyes: Close your right eye and focus on an object several meters away using the central knob. Once the object is sharp, close the other eye and repeat the action, this time using the diopter correction ring located near the right eyepiece cup. The difference between your eyes is now compensated. You no longer need to use the diopter correction ring.

Waterproofing
These binoculars are nitrogen-filled to keep water out and prevent internal fogging. They resist submersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
Adjustment for spectacle wearers
Roll down the eyecups for spectacle wearers. For non-spectacle wearers, twist the eyepiece caps as far as they go. For spectacle wearers, twist the eyecups down to the body of the binoculars.
