This short-sleeved UV protection top is perfect for beginner surfers during their summer sessions.
How to choose your UV protection top
"All our UV protection tops are UPF 50+." In other words, they provide the highest level of sun protection. The choice between them will be based on sleeve length and will depend on their intended use. The constraints are greater for surfing, so we decided to build our range primarily for surfing. You should make your choice according to the duration of your sessions: 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours.”
UPF 50+ protection, even when wet
The fabric of this UV protection top blocks at least 98% of UVB rays and 95% of UVA rays (UPF 50+). This guarantees effective sun protection. It can be used both in and out of the water, for water sports or sea sports. The density of textile fibers filters UV rays, for long-lasting protection, even after washing.
Behavior in the sun
Although this top provides sun protection, phenomena such as reflections (from water, sand, etc.), heat, time of day, etc., must be taken into account. Wearing this top does not exempt the wearer from adopting appropriate behavior: Wear sunglasses, wear a hat or cap, regularly apply suitable sunscreen, drink regularly, etc.
Multi-purpose water sports top
Our UV tops are designed for surfers who want to enjoy the pleasures of the water. This UV protection top, designed for surfing, is also suitable for other water sports such as swimming, kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, diving or SUP (stand-up paddleboarding).
