The silicone cap is very elastic and stretch-resistant, but it is sensitive to snags. So be careful when putting it on, especially with fingernails and straps. If the cap sticks to your hair: dust it with talc before putting it on!

SILICONE: Less comfortable, but very elastic, offers excellent stability and keeps out most of the water.
