How do I set up and take down my tent?
This tent has a classic dome structure. All you have to do is insert the tent poles into the bedroom, followed by the top tent pole and finish by placing the flysheet on top. To strike the tent, the process is the same, but in reverse.
How wide is the sleeping area of this tent?
Recommended tent with self-inflating mattress or trekking mattress up to 65 cm wide. We do not recommend using inflated mattresses, which are more than 8 cm thick, in this tent. Indeed, this greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and increases condensation inside.
How does air circulate inside this tent?
In order for air to circulate and be replaced between the bedroom and the roof cover, and to eliminate natural condensation as much as possible, the tent has 2 air vents at the top and 2 mechanical air vents on the sides.
Is this tent fully waterproof?
To check if it is water resistant, the tent was placed for three hours under a shower of 200 liters of water per hour, equivalent to a tropical shower of 200 mm per hour. The fly sheet is made of 2,000 mm PU-coated Schmerber polyester and all seams are sealed with thermo-adhesive tape.
Is this tent windproof?
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable. The aim is for each side of our tent to be exposed to the same wind intensity. Properly pitched with the guy ropes in place, this tent remains habitable in wind speeds of 5, measured at around 40 km/h.
