What are the precautions for use?
Product for adults. The first few times you use a massage roller, you may experience some discomfort or notice bruising. This is normal. If the pain is severe and persists, consult your doctor. As for bruising, it comes from small blood vessels on the skin's surface, but there is nothing to worry about, this phenomenon will disappear with continued use.
