These shorts are designed to help you start road cycling in warm weather (15 - 35°C)
Essential EDR suspenders for women:
This pad provides comfort during road bike rides of about 1 hour. The fabric is soft and breathable. The reinforced area is soft, with a density of 65 kg/m3 and a thickness of 13 mm.
REINFORCED ZONES:
The ischial muscles are well covered, and the perineum is also protected. The reinforced area is relatively narrow between the legs to prevent irritation/chafing during pedaling. Channels are carved into the reinforcements to provide greater flexibility.
Care advice:
Machine washable at 30°C. Synthetic program. Turn the garment inside out. Do not add fabric softener. Line dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater for drying.
PRODUCT TESTING:
Our team of product designers based in Lille is constantly working to make cycling more comfortable for our users. Our obsession is to create products that meet the specific needs of our cycling users and eliminate obstacles to a good cycling experience. We then test them in the field, as real-world usage conditions allow us to continuously improve the products.
SHAPE OF THE PADS:
The shape of the reinforcements (thicker foam area) was determined by tests on a pressure cushion. This test, carried out on real cyclists, involves measuring the pressure points exerted on the saddle. We were able to trace the reinforcement area by choosing the contact points where the pressure was greatest. The overall shape of the pad was designed by modelers using a mold on a model and then approved after several trials and usage tests.
