UPF 50+ means that the fabric blocks at least 95% of UVA rays and 98% of UVB rays.

      How should you behave in the sun?

      Although this UV protection shirt provides sun protection, other factors such as reflections (from water, sand, etc.), heat, time of day, and so on, should also be considered. Wearing this shirt does not exempt the wearer from following relevant advice: Wear sunglasses, regularly apply appropriate sunscreen, wear a hat, stay hydrated, etc.
