A ball to learn futsal technical skills, suitable for young players.
Precision
In a standardized test, our design team rolls the ball down a sloped plane towards a table. The trajectory direction and the change in trajectory angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.
Shape and pressure retention
The ball resists up to 2,500 shots against a sloped concrete slab at a speed of 50 km/h from a distance of 2.5 m. The following are tolerated: - an increase in perimeter of no more than 1.5 cm,
- a change in sphericity of no more than 1.5%,
- a change in pressure of a maximum of 0.1 bar.
Design
Our design team thought about and designed this Futsal ball after observing Futsal players in action on the field. It is a hybrid because, in its design, we have combined the comfort of machine stitching with the strength of hand stitching. We also used a bladder with wound thread (2 km of thread are wound around the bladder) to ensure stable inflation and better sphericity.
Maximum pressure loss
20% in 72 hours.
Weight
Between 400 and 440 g.
Bounce
Between 55 and 65 cm with a maximum variation of 10 cm between the highest and lowest bounce of the ball. Each ball is dropped 10 times onto a steel plate from a height of 2 meters.
Perimeter
Between 62.5 cm and 63.5 cm.
Sphericity
Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%. We measure the sphericity of the football at 16 different points and then examine any changes. If the discrepancy is greater than 1.5% (FIFA PRO Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure a consistent bounce.
This hybrid futsal ball has a revolutionary construction. Internal stitching for extra durability.
Durability
The internal and invisible stitching makes the ball more durable.
Bounce
Regular and controlled bounce thanks to the integrated padding.
Lasting air retention
Guarantees longer ball pressure retention thanks to the Butyl and Latex bladder.
