The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: We fill the main compartment and each pocket with small beads. Then we empty the beads into a graduated container, which gives us the equivalent volume in liters, with a tolerance of a few %.
X-Access Concept: What is it about?
This backpack is compatible with X-ACCESS thanks to two black straps (loop straps) on the front compartment. In practical terms, this means that X-Access compatible accessories and pouches can be attached to them, to carry even more equipment or to provide very quick access to a specific piece of equipment. Examples of compatible pockets: reference 8826785 (vertical soft EDC pouch, size s) or reference 8826786 (horizontal soft EDC pouch, size m).
Can it be carried in the cabin?
Each airline sets its own rules for the size and weight of allowed baggage. However, here are a few examples: For Air France, this bag is equivalent to a large carry-on luggage (maximum dimensions: 55 x 35 x 25 cm), as with Ryanair (maximum dimensions: 55 x 40 x 20 cm)
- on easyJet, however, it is considered small hand luggage (maximum dimensions: 45 x 36 x 20 cm)

Key features to remember
The bag and lining are made of polyester. Why exactly this fabric? Its resistance to friction and scratching makes it robust, giving it a long service life. In this model, we have also chosen to place 10 mm of polyethylene foam in the shoulder straps, which improves carrying comfort on the shoulder. Please note that the water-resistant fabric protects the bag from light rain, but not from a downpour.
Those little extra details
This backpack weighs only 400 grams. This makes it a lightweight model that reduces the total weight of your load and allows you to move more easily. It has 3 zippered pockets (including 1 inside) and an elasticated compartment. It also has 2 straps underneath the bag: They can be used, for example, to hang a jacket or vest that doesn't fit in the backpack, a rain cape to lay on the ground, a sleeping bag or mat, etc.
This 20-liter backpack, with its large main pocket and small front compartment, can hold all kinds of equipment. Additional pockets can be attached using the X-Access system.
