This tyre is designed for 24" wheel MTBs to offer the best balance of characteristics during MTB rides.
How to remove a tyre
To remove the tyre, deflate the inner tube until no more air comes out. Then separate the tyre from the rim using tyre levers.
How to measure tyre wear
To measure the wear of your tyres and to know when they need replacing, you should inspect the surface of the tyre. The tyre rubber comes into direct contact with the ground where you are riding your bike and therefore determines its performance. A tyre should be replaced when the central knobs are worn down to the same height as the side knobs.
Professional tip
When inflating, it is important to achieve the correct pressure depending on the terrain and especially depending on the weather. When riding in rainy weather, lower the tyre pressure to increase the tyre's grip. When riding in dry weather, you can increase the pressure for better performance. Also, before each ride, make sure your tyres are at the correct pressure for your ride.
How to mount a tyre
Make sure the arrow on the sidewall indicates the direction of travel. To put the tyre back on, place the bead (the rigid part that defines the shape of the tyre) on the rim. Once you have done this, inflate the inner tube to approximately 30% before placing it on the rim (pre-inflating it reduces the risk of pinching the tube).
Then, place the second bead on the rim, starting from the opposite side to the valve.
How to inflate the tyre correctly
Inflate the tyre carefully. The recommended pressure is indicated on the side of your tyre, as well as on the product sheet (available online). Also, before each ride, make sure your tyres are at the correct pressure for your ride.
