For this new 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-person model, we have worked on its side and rear ventilations to make them as easy to open as our 2 seconds tent. Thanks to this work, we have equipped this model with 2 new patented ventilations (2 side and 1 rear).
What is the wind resistance of the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-person tent?
This 2 Seconds tent has been tested in a wind tunnel on a rotating platform to expose each of its sides.A properly pitched tent with all guy ropes assembled remains habitable in wind speeds of up to 50 km/h measured near the ground (Force 6).

This camping tent is designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks a year) during your camping trips or in the countryside.Continuous exposure to UV light over a period of several weeks can damage its textile part.Our tents are not classified as "garden furniture" and are not designed to be left outdoors permanently.To maximise the lifespan of your tent, it is important to store it properly when not in use.

How do you pitch and dismantle the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-person tent?
Like all models in this range, the 2 Seconds 3-person tent is quick and easy to pitch.Simply remove the tent from its cover, remove the yellow strap and the tent starts to open instantly, then remove the buckles (2 blue and 2 red).Then all you have to do is position the pegs properly.This tent is easy to fold thanks to its guide system.
Can the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-person tent be repaired?
Our tents are great for camping overnight.Over time, they age and some parts can wear out or break.To make it easier to repair, each part (pole, flysheet, bedroom, etc.) can be bought in our stores.They can be replaced in our workshops or you can do it yourself.Don't throw it away, repair it!

To open the ventilation on the sides, simply open the zip of a first fabric panel, then a second anti-mosquito mesh to access the side ventilation system which opens very easily, thanks to its patented zip system.For the rear ventilation, simply open the red zip, remove the rear hook and then close the zip to protect the inside of the tent from insects.Then, simply pull the 2 ropes to open the rear ventilation.
How waterproof is the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-person tent?
The 2 Seconds Fresh&Black tent has been laboratory and field tested to verify its waterproofness.For this, the entire tent was placed under a shower producing 200 litres of water per hour for 3 hours.This exposure is equivalent to tropical rain of 200 mm per hour.The fly sheet is made of PU coated 2000 mm Schmerber polyester, while the base layer is made of 120g/m² polyethylene. All seams are sealed with thermally bonded strip.

Inside the storage bag for your tent, you will find everything you need to assemble it:

What type of mattress is compatible with the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-person tent?
For your comfort, we recommend using a self-inflating mattress or a hiking mattress with a maximum width of 60 cm with this tent.We do not recommend using inflatable mattresses with a thickness greater than 6 cm in this tent.Indeed, this greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and increases condensation inside.
