How to manage your hydration with a 5-liter jacket
Two front pockets are designed to hold two 500 ml soft water bottles from which you can drink without removing them from the pocket.You can also add a third 500 ml water bottle (stored horizontally) in a mesh pocket at the back or in a large storage pocket if 1.5 liters of water are needed given the race circumstances.

Thanks to your evaluations and feedback on the previous model, we replaced the 4 small pockets below the water bottles with 2 large elastic pockets.As a result, storage capacity increases and it's easier to grab essential items (food and/or other gear), thus saving you time during races.

If you want to carry your poles with you, this vest has a fastening system where you can attach the Kiprun trail running quiver (sold separately).Thanks to its very simple and clever fastening system, reaching for and storing your poles is very easy.
