Explore calm waters solo or as a duo with this inflatable canoe/kayak. Ideal for trips lasting a few hours, it has excellent gliding performance.
Inflating the side tubes and seat
Connect the pump (sold separately) using the 1⁄4 turn pump nozzle and inflate the tubes to 3 PSI. Finish by screwing the cap back on. Each side tube has a pressure relief valve. Its role is to release excess air caused by overinflation. When this happens, you may hear a hiss. This whistling sound is normal, it can also occur during prolonged exposure to the sun. It will stop when the kayak reaches the correct pressure.
Storage space
Once dry and cleaned, the kayak should be stored in a dry, shaded place, protected from significant temperature changes. The kayak can be stored folded, but if you have enough space, storing it laid flat and slightly inflated will extend its lifespan.
Disassembly and folding
Make sure the surface on which you intend to fold the kayak is clean. Remove the fins. Deflate the side bladders. The valves are located at the back of the kayak. CAUTION: Do not remove the pressure relief valves at the front. Fold the floor. Fold the rest of the kayak in half lengthwise. Flatten the base of the front fin. Lay the laminated floor at the front. Roll the kayak all the way to the end. Tie the kayak.
Instructions for use
We recommend using the product with a buoyancy vest.
Care instructions
Remove the seats and slightly deflate the floor to make rinsing easier. Rinse the kayak, floor, and seats with clean water after each use to prevent damage from sand, salt water, and sun. Open the drain plugs located in the middle of the kayak and at the back. Tilt the kayak to drain the water.
Canoe-kayak regulations over 3.50 meters
Your canoe/kayak is rigid or inflatable with at least 2 separate air chambers. Its length is more than 3.50 meters. It is approved for sea use by the manufacturer. You can paddle up to 2 nautical miles (about 3 km) from the coast. You must carry a number of safety equipment. You can find a list of these items via this link: https://www.itiwit.fr/reglementation-pour-faire-du-canoe-kayak

Inflation and floor positioning tips
Connect a pump (sold separately) using the 1⁄4 turn pump nozzle and inflate the floor to 5 PSI. Finish by screwing the cap back on. Place the floor inside the kayak and secure it at the ends. The floor valve should be connected to the side tube valves located at the back of the kayak. The position of the floor should allow free access to the drain plugs located in the middle of the kayak.

Gliding performance
The 100+ kayak deck uses the same slow-seam construction as an inflatable stand-up paddleboard. Dropstitch is a weave of polyester fibers placed between 2 layers of PVC. When the deck is inflated to high pressure, the fibers stretch and the construction becomes very strong, thus avoiding any deformation.
Canoe-kayak regulations less than 3.50 meters
Is your canoe-kayak inflatable or rigid and less than 3.50 meters? You have what is called a beach craft.
You must always stay within 300 meters of a shelter (any place on the coast where any craft or vessel and its crew can go to safety by anchoring or mooring, and set off again without assistance).
Life jackets are not mandatory but are strongly recommended to make it easier to get back into the boat if you fall.
Comfort and seat positioning
The seats are high, providing greater comfort for adults in the paddling position. Place the seats on the floor using the cut-out areas located under the seats and on the floor. Place any bags or equipment in the rear cover of the kayak or attach them to the rear deck. The boat is ready to be launched into the sea.
