The equipment needed to mount the basketball hoop will depend on the wall where you plan to hang it. If you are unsure, seek advice from your local hardware store. If you want your hoop to be at the regulated height, the rim should be at 3.05 m. We also recommend that you never hang from the rim to prevent weakening the mounting system.

Boys over 12 and men: size 7. If you want a very durable ball, choose a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good feel, leather or synthetic are the right materials.
