Designed to reactivate the water resistance of your mountain clothing and to prevent water penetration into the outer fabric.

Apply treatment to clean clothing

The water-repellent treatment of technical clothing can deteriorate over time (progressive wear from friction, harsh weather).The waterproofing liquid reactivates the water-repellent property of clothing through impregnation.To guarantee maximum effectiveness, this treatment must be carried out on clean clothes.Therefore, it is advisable to wash the garment with TECH&DOWN detergent for technical clothing if necessary.

Operation

This liquid reactivates the ability of waterproof clothing (makes water droplets slide off).Caution:A non-waterproof garment will not become waterproof just by treating the fabric with this liquid.

First step:IMPREGNATION

You have two options to choose from!Soaking:Immerse your garment for 15 minutes in a basin of water at 30° with 4 caps (100 ml) of water-reactivating liquid.Using a washing machine on a delicate cycle at 30°:Place your clothes alone in the washing machine, without detergent, and add 4 caps (100 ml) of water-reactivating liquid to the softener compartment of the washing machine.Recommended dose: 100 ml or 4 caps per 1 kg of clothing.

Second step:ACTIVATION

Heat drying activates the water resistance properties.Thread drying option:Let your garment air dry and once dry, apply medium heat using a hairdryer.Dryer option:Place the clothes in your dryer separately and use a delicate cycle (maximum 30°) also called synthetic or sensitive fibers or perhaps sportswear.

Ideal for waterproof and breathable clothing, this product restores improved rain performance.
