Why choose a professional jump rope?
Maximize your cardio workout with this high-level jump rope. Its ultra-light cable and ball bearings offer superior rotation speed. This means you can easily link together long series of single unders (SU) or double unders (DU) during intense and effective training sessions, without putting too much pressure on your forearms and shoulders.
How to store your professional jump rope
Forget the hassle of tangling your professional jump rope with your cross-training equipment, thanks to the included carry bag! All you have to do is carefully wrap it (without twisting it) and put it in its small special bag. So you can carry it with you without worrying about it getting tangled with other equipment.
How to properly adjust the jump rope?
To properly use the professional jump rope, place your feet in the middle and raise it until it reaches your shoulders. The rope handles should be level with your armpits. Adjust the length and firmly tighten the two screws using a screwdriver.
What is the best way to use your professional jump rope?
To maintain the durability of your jump rope, we recommend using it mainly indoors, on rubber tiles (Part No: 8651539). This will extend its lifespan. If you choose to use it outdoors, use the provided protective sheath and avoid rough surfaces.
Customer Service
If you've lost a screw, cut the rope too short, or worn it out over time, don't worry! Spare parts are available from our after-sales service: Parts available in after-sales service: Black rope and screws (Part No: 8827491)
Our coach's advice (2/2)
During your workouts, increase your work time and decrease your recovery time. It's better to maintain intensity in your exercise intervals, so choose longer recovery times for maximum intensity.
To make the circuit more complex, you can add running between jumps.
Our coach's circuit training (1/2)
Perform 4 to 6 jumps with 1 to 2 minutes of recovery time at the end of each jump:
- For beginners: 20 seconds exercise, 40 seconds recovery
- For intermediate players: 30 seconds - 30 seconds
- For more experienced: 40 seconds - 20 seconds
After exercise 1, continue with the second after you recover, and so on:
- Jump rope with double unders (DU)
- Dumbbell snatch with the right arm
- Jump rope with double unders (DU)
- Dumbbell snatch with the left arm
