Our design teams developed these swimming fins for intermediate swimmers who swim regularly and want to work on their legs and cardio.

The SHORT blade guarantees a good kick frequency and a good cardio workout. The movements are very close to the "natural" swimming movements. The LONG blade guarantees a wider kick and a stronger muscle workout.
FIRST TIME USING A FIN?
Be careful not to start too quickly! The use of fins should be increased progressively so that the feet and soles adapt and strengthen, and to avoid Achilles tendon damage.
WHAT ARE SWIMMING FINS FOR?
Fins are a piece of swimming training equipment to work the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and strength training for the lower body (thighs, glutes, calves, abdominal stability).
Fin stiffness
The more FLEXIBLE a blade is, the more efficient and comprehensive the kick will be.The more FLEXIBLE a blade is, the more efficient and comprehensive the kick will be.Your muscle energy will generate the type of effort you require (cardiovascular or muscular effort)
FOOT POCKET
FULL FOOT POCKET
Fin foot pockets hold the foot in place during the kick (important for an efficient kick). The OPEN foot pocket means that the ankle can move more freely.
The CLOSED foot pocket supports the foot in its natural position.
Want to work your legs while getting a good cardiovascular workout? These short, soft swimming fins offer moderate propulsion.Ideal for short, frequent movements.
Propulsion
Feel yourself moving a little faster through the water thanks to the short blade
Muscular workout
Work your leg muscles with medium intensity with a short length.
