Strengthen your lower body with our coach's exercises
Perform 3 to 5 rounds of the circuit below, with 1 to 2 minutes of recovery time at the end of each round:
- Beginners: 20'' effort, 40'' recovery
- Intermediate: 30'' effort, 30'' recovery
- Advanced: 40'' effort, 20'' recovery
After finishing exercise 1, continue with the second exercise after recovery:
- Leg seated with band above knees.- Glute bridge.- Donkey kicks.- Lateral walks.
- Leg seated with band above knees.
