Improve your performance with BFAST patented anti-fog goggles, designed to give you the edge on race day.
Care and precautions
Rinse the goggles with fresh water after each use. Over time, the coating surface may become blocked by impurities (sweat, grime, sunscreen), causing fogging. Clean the inside of the lenses with neutral liquid soap (do not use harsh soap) and rinse thoroughly. If fogging persists, use our anti-fog marker to help restore the protective water film. Do not expose to temperatures above 60°C.
Size: How to choose your swimming goggles
One-size model with precise nose bridge adjustment. The waterproofing of the goggles depends on the silicone skirts fitting the shape of the face. Before purchasing the goggles, we recommend performing the "suction" test without the strap. Place the goggles over your eyes: If they hold on their own with a slight suction, they will be watertight once in the water. This test can also identify uncomfortable or annoying areas on the face.
How to activate the anti-fog function of your swimming goggles?
Activate the anti-fog by wetting the goggles and then running your finger along the inside of the lenses (do not dip the goggles back into the water). In case of repeated fogging (on average every 40 sessions), clean the inside of the goggles with neutral liquid soap (avoid solid soap), to remove the layer of pollution that has settled on them. Don't worry about scratches: This new technology is very scratch resistant.
Durable and effective anti-fog technology: Anti-fog coating
Applied on top, this layer contains hydrophilic agents that prevent fogging. Instead of forming opaque droplets, moisture spreads into an invisible water film. In addition to providing effective anti-fog performance, this layer also improves scratch resistance, extending the life of the goggles.
Lens tint
The color of your goggles should be suitable for the location where you swim and its lighting. If you practice outdoors or in a very bright pool, choose dark goggles to limit glare: Your visual comfort will be improved. If, however, the pool is quite dark with low light, for example on winter evenings, use clear lenses. B-FAST swimming goggles are available in various lens tints.
Durable and effective anti-fog technology: Adhesion layer (or primer)
Applied directly to the inside of the lens, it ensures perfect adhesion of the anti-fog treatment. It protects it from the effects of water, heat, and friction, maintaining its stability and performance over time for enhanced durability.
A patented innovation
Are you looking for goggles that are adapted to your face, completely waterproof, and that don't move while you swim, dive, or tumble turn? We bring you the answer with B-FAST goggles thanks to a nose bridge adjustment system that is simple and precise. This system allows you to finely adjust the distance between the two lenses, using either the screwdriver or the integrated tool on the rear buckle.
UVA/UVB protection
In compliance with standard: Q/BT 4734 -2023, all our swimming goggles protect against harmful UVA and UVB rays when used normally, regardless of the color of the lenses. Looking directly at the sun is dangerous and can lead to irreversible eye damage.
Why do my swimming goggles fog up?
Fogging is mainly caused by the temperature difference between the body and the water. Since the body is warmer than the practice environment, fog forms on the inside of the lenses due to evaporation. As a result, every small bead of sweat will stick to the inside of the goggles. In fact, it's a bit of luck: With a new anti-fog treatment, all these droplets will eventually combine to create a film of water through which you can see clearly.
How do these anti-fog goggles work?
Wetting the goggles and then running your finger inside them creates a layer of water that protects you from fogging throughout your workout. Fog no longer accumulates on the surface of the lenses because it is absorbed by this water film.
Vision through this film remains clear: You get the most out of your session. If you take off your goggles and put them on your forehead, you may lose the protective water layer: you then have to put your finger back inside to reform it.
How to adjust your swimming goggles
These swimming goggles fit your face morphology without needing to be adjusted too much. Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, leave marks, and even create holes for water entry. There's no need to press the goggles with your hands: A slight suction effect is generally sufficient for sessions without water infiltration. The straps should ideally sit 2 to 3 cm above your ears. This position will optimize the comfort of the goggles.
