How do I pitch and dismantle my tent?
Pole structure. Colour codes are there to help you. Coloured poles are inserted into the corresponding sleeves. We recommend that the tent be pitched by 2 people. Floor area with guy ropes: 20 square metres
What is the inner height of the tent and the surface area of the living area?
Living area of 5 square metres and maximum inner tent height of 1.90 m. This tent is equipped with a foldable basin-shaped groundsheet at the entrance in case of rain and a transparent window with blinds. Each bedroom in this tent is designed to accommodate a maximum of four 60 cm wide mattresses. It can also accommodate a couple looking for a very large bedroom.
How does air circulate inside this tent?
The ventilated cover in the living area airs the room and reduces condensation inside your tent. High ventilation flaps are also provided at the front and back of the tent, along with high mosquito nets on the door and at the back of the bedroom.
Does the tent offer sun protection?
The flysheet fabric has UPF 30 sun protection. Caution: Be careful, as a large amount of UV rays can enter through a simple open door.
How to care for your tent
Our camping tents are designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year). These products are not classified as "garden furniture" and are not designed to be left outside permanently. Continuous exposure to UV rays can damage the fabric part. To ensure the optimal longevity of your tent, it is important to store it in a dry place when not in use.
Is this tent completely waterproof?
To check its water resistance, the tent was placed for three hours under a shower with 200 litres of water per hour, equivalent to a tropical shower of 200 mm per hour. The flysheet is made of PU coated 2,000 mm Schmerber polyester and all seams are sealed with thermo-adhesive tape.
Tent poles and pegs
Poles - All our poles are made of fibreglass and undergo double quality checks. This guarantees the best resistance against breakage. Tent pegs - All our pegs are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.
Is this tent windproof?
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable. The aim is for each side of our tent to be exposed to the same wind intensity. Pitched correctly, with the guy ropes in place, this tent remains habitable in wind speed 6, measured at around 50 km/h.
This 4-person tent can be easily pitched thanks to its colour-coded markings. The living room is high enough for comfort and space for pleasant indoor times.
