Ball size depends on the player's age and gender.Size 1:From 2 years old and up Size 3 to size 5:Girls or boys aged 4 to 6 years / Baby basket under 7 years (depending on levels and clubs) Size 5:Boys and girls aged 7 to 10 years / Age group under 9 and under 11 years Size 6:Boys aged 11 and 12 years / Age group under 13 years Size 6:Girls - Women of all ages over 11 years Size 7:Boys 13 years and older, and men.

For a good bounce, how much should you inflate a basketball?

A basketball that is over-inflated or under-inflated does not give you the best game experience.The recommended pressure is clearly marked on the ball by the manufacturer.Ideally, you should use a pump with a pressure gauge so you can be more accurate.At Tarmak, we recommend a pressure of:0.62 bar.Enjoy your game!
