This inner tube is suitable for 20" diameter tyres with a section of 1.50 to 1.90 with a 33 mm Schrader valve.
To remove the inner tube, you will need the following tools:
An essential tool for removing an inner tube: B'TWIN tyre levers.
Checks to be carried out before installing an inner tube:
Make sure the rim strip covers all the holes. A torn or irregular rim strip can damage the inner tube. The rim strip must be centred, clean and in good condition. Change the strip if it is torn, hardened or worn. A new rim strip effectively protects your tyre from pinching. Use rim tape suitable for its width and diameter. Quality rim tape prevents inner punctures from spoke heads.
Inflating a tyre:
The ideal pressure is indicated on the side of the tyre. Inflate carefully and check that the tyre is correctly positioned.
How to change an inner tube
Follow our video guide before you start. A small amount of air pressure in the inner tube will prevent pinching. Install the valve, correctly position the inner tube in the tyre and then on the rim.

Pro advice:
Inflate your tyres before each ride to reduce the risk of punctures and ride more efficiently.
How to choose an inner tube:
To properly maintain your bike, it is important to know the correct tyre dimensions. This information can be found on the side of the tyre (diameter and section). For example, 20 x 1.60 means a tyre with a diameter of 20 inches and a width of 1.60 inches. On the sidewall, you will also find the dimensions in mm in the ETRTO international unit. For example, 40-406 means a tyre that is 40 mm wide and has an inner diameter of 406 mm (i.e. 20 x 1.60).
Fitting a tyre:
Start from the valve and continue to the opposite side. Do not force with a tyre lever to avoid the risk of puncturing the tyre.
