How to change an inner tube

First, watch our help video. Pre-inflate the inner tube to prevent pinching. Position the valve correctly, insert the inner tube into the tire, and then gently push it into the rim.

Inflating a tire:

Use the recommended pressure on the side of the tire (1 bar = 14.51 PSI). When inflating, make sure the tire does not come off the rim.
