Our team of parent hikers eco-designed this warm and breathable fleece for children's outdoor activities.

Product design: our expertise

Our global design center in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute Savoie, is where our Quechua design teams are located. This location makes it a real meeting place for our teams (designers, product managers, engineers, etc.) and outdoor sports enthusiasts. A great asset for designing your mountain hiking products and providing you with all our expertise.

Fleece material: Insulation provided by air

The mission of the fleece component is to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushing of the knit). This air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm.

COMPONENT DURABILITY

We carry out numerous laboratory tests to verify the highest standards in terms of durability: an abrasion and friction resistance test to ensure the fleece does not pill, a colourfastness test to check the behaviour and resistance of colours, and an ageing test to verify that repeated washing does not alter the fabric's properties, behaviour, thickness, or appearance.

WHERE DO OUR FLEECES COME FROM?

Created in our international design centre at the foot of Mont Blanc in France, this fleece is then produced by our suppliers in Vietnam and Bangladesh. We work closely with these partners who have real expertise in the manufacture of our fleece clothing. Thanks to this relationship of trust with our industrial partners, we can create high-quality technical products.

This warm and comfortable fleece jacket is ideal for your child. Take it with you everywhere you go.
