The breathability of a fabric is measured by its evaporative resistance RET (ISO 11092 standard): The lower it is, the more breathable the fabric. Examples: RET < 9 (very breathable), 9 < RET < 12 (breathable), RET > 20 (low breathability). This fleece jacket has an RET index of 6.3.

How should you care for zip-up fleece?

To machine wash fleece garments without damaging them, select a synthetic textile program at 30°. Turn it inside out and check that all zips are closed. Do not exceed a spin speed of 1,000 rpm to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
