      How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?

      We recommend mixing just 150 ml of water with 2 heaping scoops of WHEY PROTEIN (equivalent to 30 g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve. Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference. Mix for 30 seconds and consume. For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk. Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it.

      21 grams of protein and 5.2 grams of BCAAs per shake to help you reach your goals. This new WHEY PROTEIN is Made in France. The whey protein concentrates come from the European Union. We chose to use natural flavouring and a stevia extract (steviol glycosides), an intense sweetener derived from natural raw materials. It's extracted from stevia rebaudiana, a plant native to South America, whose leaves contain sweetening molecules.

      Flavour and recipe intentionally short and simple

      We poured our efforts into bringing you a protein with a balanced and long-lasting flavour. If you're used to powdered proteins with sucralose and acesulfame K, the taste of our new whey protein may, at first, seem more subtle to you. To enhance the flavour, you can adjust the amount of liquid you mix with the powder.Varying it by 50 ml, for instance, will significantly affect the taste and texture. Following the tests we conducted, our recommendation is 150 ml per shaker
